Microsoft updated its Bing AI Chatbot on the desktop with a new voice chat function. Users can now use their voice to communicate with the chatbot by clicking on the microphone button in the Bing Chat box. The functionality is presently accessible in English, Japanese, French, German, and Mandarin, with other languages on the way. Bing Chat also enables text-to-speech responses, which means the chatbot can answer your inquiries in its own voice.

Microsoft has increased the turn limit for Bing Chat, its AI-powered chatbot, to 30 chats per session and 300 chats per day. The increased turn limit will allow users to have more extended conversations with Bing Chat and complete more tasks.

Does Bing AI Chatbot will replace Cortana?

Microsoft has announced that it will discontinue Cortana on Windows later this year. Cortana is a virtual assistant that assists users with activities like setting timers, creating reminders, and opening applications. Microsoft says it is canceling Cortana to focus on other products, including Bing and its AI-powered Copilot.

Bing Chat is a new AI-powered chatbot available on Microsoft Edge’s desktop version. Bing Chat can do many of the same functions as Cortana, including setting timers, creating reminders, and opening programs. However, Bing Chat also has some features that Cortana does not have, such as the ability to answer questions in a natural voice.

Microsoft claims that Bing Chat and Copilot are more capable Cortana substitutes. Bing Chat is available now, and Copilot will be available in the future. Also read Microsoft Launches Bing with AI Powered ChatGPT
